Ia2iago has a MySpace site. Recent work includes a collaboration with the American poet -currently living in Paris - Hollace Metzger.

Philip and Caroline also play in Between the Acts. Philip also contributes as eccentrically as possible to the Small Young Donkeys project.

Ia is a Cornish saint, after whom St Ives is named. Iago is of course the Spanish name of St James whose tomb in Santiago is the destination for one of Europe's longest-surviving pilgrimage routes, the Camino de Santiago.

ia2iago first played at a summer festival held in Shropshire in 2001.

Early rehearsals for the revived ia2iago took place in Gloucestershire, in Cornwall, including at the AberFest 06 and then at Valvanera in La Rioja and at Villaviciosa in Asturias. You might want to stay at the Hotel Avenida Real in Villaviciosa.

Our first stop in Spain: the Bodegas Orvalaiz!

Philip's electric violin is by Bridge; Caroline's oboe by Ward and Winterbourne.
